Kennedy Ngoma
Director
Mr. Kennedy Ngoma has over 30 years management experience in Transport Logistics. He worked in various management capacities for an international French Company in Transport Logistics for many years. Mr. Ngoma later became the Operations Director of a Zambian company with oversight responsibilities for staff in Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transport Logistics in general.
He currently puts to good use his knowledge of Customs regulations and is also well known in the Zambian Freight Industry.
James Martin
Director
James grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and attended the University of Cape Town, where he completed a Honors in Financial Analysis Portfolio Management, Post Graduate Marketing Diploma as well as completing the Management level Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy (CIMA).
James joined the group in 2012 as the Financial accountant and moved to the Isle of Man from South Africa to become our Financial Manager in 2017
Yokoniya Ngoma
Director
Yokoniya is a Finance and Economics expert with broad experience in banking and advisory services, having worked for 3 international banks, namely Barclays Bank Zambia PLC (now Absa Zambia), Zambia National Commercial Bank and First National Bank (FNB); This is in a career spanning 20 years in various leadership roles up to C-suite level. Yokoniya is currently an Associate Director-Investment Banking and Finance, at Pangaea Securities, an Advisory Firm; He is also an Executive Director-Corporate Finance at Pangaea ADD Capital, a Short-Term Financing House. Yokoniya has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Namibia.
Isaac Zambezi
Operations and Business Development Manager
Isaac is a Seasoned Market Risk & Logistics Expert, a highly accomplished professional with 15 years of experience propelling business growth through strategic market risk management and streamlined logistics operations. Isaac spearheaded market risk management initiatives at Stanbic Bank and United Bank for Africa and currently leads the Operations and Business Development unit at Sodizam Solutions Limited, driving strategic growth and efficiency.
Sonile Ngoma
Administrative Manager
Sonile Ngoma is a Journalist by training with a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Mass Communication Education Trust (ZAMCOM). The Institute also awarded Sonile a separate Certificate in Video Production. Sonile has wide knowledge and various Interpersonal as well as commercial skills she has picked up through her work experience; She has worked for Phoenix Professional Services under MTN Data Validation and MTN Telemarketing. She also worked with ZANIS. Additionally, Sonile worked under the Electoral Commission of Zambia as a voter Educator and with Zambia Statistics Agency in the 2022 National Census.
She has a passion for working with people. Sonile has held the position of Administrative Manager at Sodizam Solutions Limited in Zambia since 2022.
